- What’s the time between orders?
- What’s the average profit per customer?
- What percent of customers return?
How to do it:
- Just copy this spreadsheet template to your Google Drive.
- Insert some data from your e-commerce system:
- Email address.
- Date of the order.
- Value of the order.
- Then find answers on second sheet within spreadsheet.
